Recommended Browser Information

For the E-Cellerate application, please ensure that you have installed Internet Explorer 7 as your default browser. Please use Click here for instructions on downloading and installing Internet Explorer 7. Note: Please Ensure that Internet Explorer 7 is downloaded, not 8.

Also, for best performance:

• JavaScript must be enabled on all browsers
• Caching on Internet Explorer must be activated
• Browser scripting on Internet Explorer must be enabled

In regard to Microsoft® Internet Explorer 8, we do not support browsers in the 'beta' stage.The following instructions delineate how to uninstall Internet Explorer 8 from your computer (the below instructions may differ slightly depending on your operating system). If you are unable to install or uninstall programs on your computer due to system restrictions, please contact your IT Department or administrator.

• Step 1:
  Access the Windows control panel by clicking the “Start Button” on the task bar of your windows desktop. Click on the menu item called "Control Panel". If you do not see a menu item called "Control Panel", then hover your mouse pointer on the "Settings" menu item and another menu will appear. Click on menu item titled "Control Panel."
  
  
• Step 2:
  You will then be brought to "Control Panel" main window. Double click on the icon titled "Add or Remove Programs"
  
  
• Step 3:
  You will then be brought to the "Add or Remove Programs" window. make sure the "Change or Remove Programs" button is selected on the left of the window. Scroll down till you find the Program entry for "Windows Internet Explorer 8." Click on the "Remove button located to to the right of the program entry.
  
  
• Step 4:
  You will then be brought to the "Internet Explorer 8 Removal Wizard." Click the "Next Button to continue with un-installation.
  
  
• Step 5:
  Click the "Yes" button to uninstall Internet Explorer updates continue with the Uninstallation
  
  
• Step 6:
  Windows will then automatically remove all Internet Explorer 8 files and components.
  
  
• Step 7:
  Click the "Finish" button to exit out of the Removal Wizard. Make Sure the check box titled "Do not restart now" is left unchecked. Your computer will then restart. Be sure and save all open documents prior to restarting your computer.
  
  
• Step 8:
  Now that you have uninstalled Internet Explorer 8, now you may download and Install Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
